Child support: Father claims disability is a cop out!

My low-life ex is on ssd, but he can keep having kids he cannot afford which takes support from his children from a previous marriage
to pay for his 3 new children.

And now they are trying to cut my child support again, so that his new wife can collect a portion.

Not only that, he up & moved from CT to Alaska (not too disabled to drive across the country), but didn't leave a forwarding address or any other info.

He deserted his previous kids b/c all he cares about is his new ones (so did the new wife).

Well My son's child support has been cut 3 times in the last 4 years! Is $39.00 a week for a 15 year old considered support? It's a good thing my son doesn't really care that he moved.
