Child Support Issues - I cant find the Answers Im looking for good or bad

My husband is to pay child support in the amount of $624 a mth.
he pays / health insurance for the child which comes to about 200.00 or so a mth., before and after school care of 265.00. and life insurance for the child around $35.00 a mth & extra activites, dance pictures,etc.

The mother is moving further away and taking the child out of OUR school district, not HERS and and is requesting him to NOW write her a check for 400.00 even. So one of my questions is that if all this time he was paying the daycare directly why do you think she wants the 400. now directly to her? quote from her in the past " you pay for extra activites, child care & health insurance" unquote.

2nd of all would life insrance & health insurance for the said child be calculated into the said support? The Child has been with us 12-13 days a mth and the ex does not think of time and support in that manner either.

Should he just pay her the 624 and have the said child bring a bookbag of clothes from now on since we supply all items just as much as the mom, if we just give her the 624.
Should we give her the 624 and say here go get the health insurance you want since quote "HE DOESNT PAY HIS COMPANY DOES"

What a big mess, If he only knew that her cheating before the divorce was final we wouldnt be in this mess.

Never a thanksgivng spent with this child and drops her off at noon christmas, breaks my heart!
