Fell Through Manhole Cover That Was Not Placed Correctly

I have an injured ankle due to falling through a manhole cover.

I was walking on the sidewalk to get my kids off the bus and I didn't notice on the side walk there is a water manhole and the lid was not placed on the hole correctly and I fell through.

Also the lid is cracked and not metal it was a plastic lid. And as of now sprung my ankle and foot. Going for my MRI to see if my bone is cracked. I have a sling on until Monday then I get a cast do to it was a bad sprain. will not know about the crack until I get the MRI.
