Prenatal Drugs Resulting In Medical Problems

I would like to know about the effects seizure meds had on pregnancy and childbirth. I was reassured over and over by several drs practices that my meds would be ok but my child was born with severe chronic breathing and respiratory problems and was only a 1 on the apger scale. I took phenabarbitol, tegretal, topamax, and several other meds that have been reported as faulty. What can i do?
