San Diego County CSE employees and judicial officers won't do their jobs

Pay Up or Head to Jail
My child support arrearages are up to a whopping $189,701.93 and that doesn't include judicial interest. I don't even know where to start with this nightmare anymore.
My ex lives in Salt Lake City UT., and he knows he owes this support, admitted it. I suspect judicial misconduct/bias in my case because at the 2007 telephonic hearing the Court Commissioner refused to prosecute him just because he wasn't there for her to look in the eyes and she said as much!
The court has too much discretion and power in my humble opinion and they abuse it dreadfully. What on earth are our judicial officers being paid our tax dollars for when they refuse to uphold the law? My ex just happens to be benefitting from her refusing to do that,so said the CSE agent that I complained to. the Court Commissioner also refused to order him to work full-time or to provide job contacts.
San Diego CSE insisted he had no money or assets, they had his social security number and couldn't find his house or truck, house loan or job in NV!. I am migraine-disabled and I found his house and job via the Internet.
What are these people doing to earn their county pay and benefits? I asked a court attorney to set up a new telephonic appearance to request again that my ex be required to look for work and she outright refused, I didn't even get to talk to a Judge. How many others are having their files and cases ignored for years? I know I'm not alone.
I have sent my case now to two federal agencies for intervention and am awaiting to hear. I have also contacted two Senators about badly needed improvements in the system that their Bill would initiate, haven't heard yet. I am prepared to find a results-oriented attorney if all else fails. It's 2012, high time to get something positive done!
My family is hurting, I'm hurting, others are hurting. I want to start a national advocacy group for all custodial parents that have the emotional endurance to fight and spearhead a forward movement, contact me.
The Treasury Department has now enabled CSE agencies to take all monies from deadbeat dads to pay their debts, whether on disability or what have you. I'm sorry for those selfish parents that it's come to that.
